The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine's office, on behalf of Ohio EPA, has reached a proposed settlement with Clemens Development Co. and Richard Clemens for failure to implement storm water runoff measures at a 71-acre property located on the east side of Sugarcreek Road and north of Route 725 in Greene County.
The public can comment on the settlement until Feb. 22. The consent decree has been submitted to Greene County Judge Stephen A. Wolaver. The judge will rule after the public comment period is complete.
