Smart gardeners can have fresh vegetables all year long

Discouraged by deer raiding your garden? Hate weeding in hot weather? Local gardening communicator Niki Jabbour has a suggestion for you: start planting your food gardens year-round.

Jabbour is author of the recently released The Year-Round Vegetable Gardener, and feeds her family from the 200-square-foot garden she tends year-round at her home near Halifax.
